When you purchase or discuss a website, landing page, chatbot, automation, template customisation, or related digital service from Prisca Dezigns, we collect and process information needed to manage the professional relationship and deliver the agreed work.
This may include your name, business name, contact details, selected service or plan, project brief, business information, brand assets, copy, images, technical requirements, review comments, approvals, invoices, payment records, support requests, and project communications.
We use this information to provide quotations, prepare agreements, create and configure deliverables, manage included review rounds, record requested changes, obtain approvals, provide support, issue invoices, manage payments, maintain project records, and communicate about the project or an active service plan.
Where a plan includes a defined number of reviews, we may record the review requests, dates, included review rounds used, approval status, and outstanding changes. This information is used to administer the plan fairly and maintain a clear record of the project.
We may process project information through trusted providers used to deliver the service, including hosting, code management, cloud storage, email, messaging, form handling, calendar, payment, database, analytics, and automation tools. We only provide the information reasonably necessary for the relevant service and do not sell client information.
Clients should never send passwords, private API keys, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary forms or chat. Where access is required, we use an appropriate secure connection or access process. Access provided for a project is used only for the agreed work and should be removed or changed when the project ends.
Client-owned project materials remain the client’s property unless the agreement states otherwise. Prisca Dezigns retains its pre-existing systems, reusable methods, templates, code libraries, and internal processes. Final ownership, licensing, hosting, maintenance, and handover rights are governed by the applicable agreement.
We retain project and billing records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, manage support or maintenance, resolve disputes, demonstrate approvals, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Clients may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information held by Prisca Dezigns, subject to information that must be retained by law or is necessary to administer an active agreement.
This section concerns the professional service relationship between Prisca Dezigns and its client. It does not attempt to govern how a client operates its own business or how the client handles information collected from its customers through the client’s website.
Where a website maintenance or support plan is selected, maintenance may cover the services specifically listed in that plan, such as software and dependency updates, security checks, backups, uptime and basic functionality monitoring, supported integration checks, minor content or product updates within the agreed limits, and technical assistance for supported components.
Maintenance does not include new pages, major redesigns, new features, new integrations, payment systems, e-commerce functionality, large catalogue or content updates, copywriting, photography, graphic design, unauthorised changes, third-party subscription charges, domain registration or renewal, hosting charges unless expressly included, or work caused by third-party services outside Prisca Dezigns’ control.
Anything outside the scope of the chosen package, maintenance plan or written agreement will be treated as additional work and will cost extra. Additional work will be quoted or priced before it begins and will require client approval. Maintenance is not automatically required after launch; the client may choose self-management, pay-as-needed support or an ongoing maintenance plan.
