These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website template services provided by Prisca Dezigns, a digital agency based in Trinidad and Tobago, operating at priscadezigns.org.
By selecting a template and engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
⚠️ Important: Your website will be hosted as a subdomain of priscadezigns.org. It is NOT hosted on your own personal domain unless you separately arrange and pay for a custom domain upgrade.
1. The Service
Prisca Dezigns provides a done-for-you website template service. This includes:
- Selection of a pre-designed template from our available catalogue
- Customisation of the template with your supplied photos, logo, business name, and content
- Publishing your completed website as a subdomain of priscadezigns.org
- Ongoing hosting for as long as your monthly subscription remains active
Delivery Timeline
- Build time: Your website will be designed, customised, and deployed to a live, working URL within 24 hours of receiving all required brand materials (logo, photos, content, and confirmed payment)
- Initial delivery URL: Upon completion, your site will first be delivered on a staging path (e.g. priscadezigns.org/clients/yourbusiness/) — this is fully functional, shareable, and publicly accessible from day one
- Subdomain migration: Your permanent subdomain (e.g. yourbusiness.priscadezigns.org) will be configured within 24 hours of build completion. However, DNS propagation is a global internet process managed by third-party registrars and may take an additional 24 to 72 hours to fully resolve worldwide. This delay is industry-standard and is not within Prisca Dezigns' control
- The 24-hour guarantee applies to the build and deployment only — not to DNS propagation, which is a separate infrastructure process
- You will be notified via WhatsApp at each stage: build complete, subdomain configured, and subdomain fully live
2. Domain & Hosting
Your permanent website address will be in the format: yourbusiness.priscadezigns.org
- This subdomain is provided and managed exclusively by Prisca Dezigns
- You do not own the domain — you are purchasing a hosted presence under Prisca Dezigns' domain
- Prior to subdomain activation, your site is accessible via a staging URL on the same domain. This staging URL is live, functional, and may be shared with your audience while DNS propagates
- DNS propagation for subdomains typically takes 24–72 hours and is governed by global internet infrastructure. Prisca Dezigns is not liable for delays caused by third-party DNS providers or registrars
- If you wish to have your own personal domain (e.g., yourbusiness.com), this is available as a separate upgrade and must be discussed directly with Prisca Dezigns
- Custom domain pricing and availability will be quoted on request
3. Subscription & Payments
- This Template Shop is a separate service from Prisca Dezigns agency packages (Starter, Growth, AI Automation). These Terms apply only to template services.
- Template Website: $149.99 USD one-time setup fee + $19.99 USD/month hosting
- Micro Store: $249.99 USD one-time setup fee + $34.99 USD/month hosting. Includes upload, copy, and WhatsApp button configuration for up to 12 products. Post-launch product additions are billed at $9.99 per product.
- Copywriting Add-On: $49.99 USD one-time fee. Post-launch copy updates are billed at $4.99 USD per request.
- AI Chatbot Add-On: $299.99 USD one-time setup fee + $49.99 USD/month. The chatbot answers your business FAQs only (hours, location, services, contact). It does not handle topics outside your business.
- All monthly hosting fees are billed on a recurring basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your launch date.
- Pricing is as quoted at the time of your order and confirmed via WhatsApp or email. Prisca Dezigns reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' written notice.
- Payments are due on or before the monthly renewal date
- If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your website may be suspended
- Prisca Dezigns will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any suspension
4. Cancellation & Suspension
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Prisca Dezigns via WhatsApp or email
- Upon cancellation, your website will remain live until the end of the current paid period, after which it will be taken offline
- No refunds are issued for partial months
- Prisca Dezigns reserves the right to suspend or terminate your website for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms
5. Your Content
- You are fully responsible for all content, photos, logos, text, and materials you submit
- You confirm you own or have the legal right to use all submitted materials
- Prisca Dezigns is not liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims arising from client-supplied content
- Prisca Dezigns reserves the right to refuse content that is illegal, offensive, or in violation of applicable laws
6. Copywriting
If you require Prisca Dezigns to write the text/copy for your website, this is available as a paid add-on for $4.99 USD. This covers writing your About section, Services section, and any other text needed for your template site. All copy written by Prisca Dezigns becomes your property upon full payment.
7. Revisions & Changes
- One round of revisions is included in your setup fee
- Additional changes after the initial revision are chargeable at the rate quoted at the time of request
- Major redesigns or template changes may incur a new setup fee
8. Intellectual Property — Templates
All website templates available in the Prisca Dezigns Template Shop are the exclusive intellectual property of Prisca Dezigns. This includes the design layout, source code, visual structure, typography system, colour schemes, and all interactive elements of each template.
Ownership of the template design does not transfer to the client at any point — not upon payment of the one-time setup fee, not upon payment of monthly hosting fees, and not upon migration to a custom domain. The client is purchasing a hosted, customised presentation of a Prisca Dezigns template — not ownership of the template itself.
- The template design, code, and visual identity remain the sole property of Prisca Dezigns at all times
- The client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use their customised instance while their subscription is active
- This licence terminates immediately upon cancellation or non-payment of monthly hosting
- You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, redistribute, or repurpose any part of the template design or code
- You may not claim ownership of the template in any form, under any circumstance
- You may not use the template outside of the Prisca Dezigns hosting infrastructure without prior written permission
- Migrating to a custom domain does not grant you any rights over the underlying template code or design
Your content — including your photos, logo, business name, and written copy — remains your own property. Prisca Dezigns will never repurpose or redistribute your personal content without your written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Prisca Dezigns will make every effort to keep your website live and maintained. However, we are not liable for:
- Downtime caused by third-party hosting or infrastructure issues
- Loss of business or revenue resulting from website unavailability
- Errors in content submitted by the client
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
11. Changes to These Terms
Prisca Dezigns reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via the email or WhatsApp number on file. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
